Refund Policy

All timber beams will change due the the nature of the item and cracks/ splits may appear, Beams will vary from items shown and colours are subject variation in PC screen.

Refunds are offered within 30 days of delivery with prior agreement.

Items must be returned in new unused condition with original fixings and packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
