All of our beams are produced from air dried oak and will contain splits and cracks, further cracks will develop as the beam gets used to its surroundings. Don’t worry about this, it’s all part of the charm of a natural oak beam; they’re fully unique to your home. We recommend leaving your beam at room temperature for two weeks before installation.

We aim to offer a speedy dispatch service and most beams are dispatched in around 5 working days. Beams are sent via Parcelforce 24 hour shipping and you will be notified once your order is dispatched.

If you find that your beam doesn’t meet your requirements you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Returns are paid for by the customer and the postage is non-refundable. Returns must be unused as new with original packing and fixings. Please contact us prior to returning your beam.
